I would leave a negative 100 stars if I can. I had an extremely negative experience at this dealership. During an oil change and tire installation, I was met with hostility and sarcasm from the staff - directly to my face. After the oil change, the oil filter cap was deliberately cross-threaded, which ended up costing me an extra $1,000 to fix. When I reported this to the manager, they dismissed my concerns. Additionally, I witnessed discriminatory behavior from the mechanics, including misogyny and racism. This level of unprofessionalism and misconduct is unacceptable. I cannot recommend this dealership under any circumstances.

I do not take my vehicles anywhere else. I've been going to Isaac's for about 15 years. I trust his and his team's work and I always know that I am in good hands with them. I recommend them to anyone who ever asks me if I know of a good mechanic.
