I have used Isaac several times now for various repairs and to get ready for smog checks. He has fair pricing and has been helpful. He has saved me money by getting parts from the junkyard. Also, if you want, you are able to provide your own parts, and he has been helpful with my questions as to which brand of parts to buy or when this is a poor idea and using OEM is the better choice. Many shops will not allow you to provide your own parts. While I do understand why and that he cannot offer the same type of warranty, I drive a 1998 vehicle with 240k miles and am operating on $20/hour pay. If there ever was a problem, I have confidence that I would be able to talk to Isaac and figure out a reasonable solution.

I drove into a curb and destroyed a tire on my Tesla on Easter Sunday. I assumed Tesla mobile tire could take care of it, but surprisingly, Capitola is "out of the service area." The best I could do was get towed to a closed tire shop. (absolutely nothing was open). On Monday that shop wanted too much and over a day to replace the tire (Telsa tires are not typically found in stock). I called all over and Goodyear Santa Cruz offered to replace the tire for a very fair price that same afternoon. I went with them and they did a great job, quickly and at a very fair price. Communication was clear throughout and they did what they said. It's worth shopping around, many shops wanted over 30% more for the same job and not as fast. Thank you Goodyear Santa Cruz!

Isaac and his team of mechanics are awesome! There was a multitude of things wrong with my car that he was able to fix quickly and for a very fair price. He called me a couple times just to check in and let me know what was going on rather than doing the work and then surprising me with an outlandish bill like most mechanics will do! I will definitely be going back to his shop in the future!
